The company trusted our team with designing and implementing a new website. It is to be scalable, multilingual, SEO optimized and responsive. In the future, it is also intended to support e-commerce sales and B2B partner services.
The site showcases the full product portfolio, brand history and educates customers through AI-generated content and articles.
Challenge
The premise of the project was to create a website that:
- Reflects the innovative and sophisticated nature of the brand.
- Simplifies user access to products as well as content and optimizes information structure.
- Supports marketing and customer outreach efforts.
- Works seamlessly across all devices, with high performance and responsive design.
- Meets SEO, RODO requirements and provides room for further expansion.
One of the main challenges was to build a feature-rich platform - complete with numerous sections, subpages, and internal links - while keeping the interface intuitive for users and ensuring that the client’s team could easily manage and update the content.
Solution
Boring Owl's team was responsible for designing and implementing the technology solution and infrastructure:
- Frontend: Using Next.js in the project enables SSR/ISR, faster page loading through content pre-rendering, improved SEO through server-side rendering, and easy integration with the Strapi API.
- Backend: Strapi CMS allows content management for all sub-pages, as well as adding new modules and content easily.
- Database: PostgreSQL, is a flexible and secure database under the CMS.
- Hosting and infrastructure: Coolify + AWS CloudFront, provides fast global performance and security.
- External integrations:
- Google Analytics and GTM: Traffic and site activity tracking.
- CRM: Enables customer relationship management.
- Mailchimp: Mailing system for marketing automation.
- Payment systems: for a prospective online store.
