iMoje is a online payment system created by ING Bank Slaski, which enables fast and secure transactions in online stores. The service integrates the most popular payment methods, making shopping easier for customers and payment processing easier for merchants.
iMoje is a modern online payment solution developed by ING Bank Śląski to streamline and speed up digital transactions. Designed for both online retailers and their customers, the service offers a convenient and secure way to pay for purchases. With iMoje, shoppers can complete payments quickly using popular methods such as BLIK, online bank transfers, or credit and debit cards. The system consolidates multiple payment options into a single platform, making checkout easier for users and transaction management simpler for businesses.
How does iMoje work?
iMoje functions as a payment gateway, securely handling transactions between customers and online stores. After selecting products and proceeding to checkout, customers can choose iMoje as their preferred payment option. They are then redirected to a secure payment page where they can pick how they want to pay - whether it’s via BLIK, a quick bank transfer (pay-by-link), card payment, or even installment plans. Once the payment is confirmed, iMoje immediately notifies the store, allowing the order to be processed without delay. For certain payment types, users don’t even need to log into their bank account, which helps reduce checkout time significantly.
Key features and capabilities
iMoje comes with a range of features that make it a strong choice for e-commerce businesses. It supports the most widely used payment methods in Poland, including BLIK, online transfers from major banks, Visa and Mastercard payments, deferred payments (via PayPo), and installment options through ING’s iRaty program. It also integrates with Apple Pay and Google Pay, making it particularly convenient for mobile shoppers.
Merchants benefit from a dedicated admin panel that allows them to manage transactions, generate reports, monitor payment statuses, and connect the system with other business tools. Integration with popular e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and Magento is simplified through ready-to-use plugins. There's also an option to customize the payment interface to match the store’s branding. For businesses using subscription-based models, iMoje also supports recurring payments - making it suitable for services billed on a regular basis.

Transaction security in iMoje
At iMoje, security is a foundational principle and a core focus of the entire system. Developed by ING Bank Śląski, the platform benefits from the bank’s well-established reputation for upholding rigorous data protection and transaction security standards. All financial activities processed through iMoje are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer), ensuring safe communication between users and the system.
Beyond encryption, iMoje meets the stringent requirements of the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), which governs the secure handling of cardholder data across storage, processing, and transmission.
To further safeguard payments, iMoje employs multi-step authentication methods - such as SMS codes, mobile banking apps, or BLIK confirmations - which significantly reduce the chances of unauthorized access. User data is handled with care and only stored with explicit consent, while the system actively monitors all transactions for signs of fraudulent behavior. If any suspicious activity is detected, transactions can be temporarily blocked for additional verification.
These layers of protection give both customers and merchants the confidence that their personal information and funds are well protected at every stage of the transaction process.
