- sales - negotiating contract terms and concluding commercial agreements that are beneficial to both the IT company and the customer;
- after-sales - ongoing support in the implementation of IT products related to hardware and software to provide high-quality, comprehensive services.
IT sales primarily talks to customers, as well as prepares and delivers product presentation and demonstration to them. Independently conducts various sales activities such as cold mailing and acquiring business leads to gain new customers, and works closely with the marketing department to implement specific sales strategies. Therefore, they should have a university degree related to IT, logistics, commerce or finance, and be well versed in the IT industry and new technologies. In addition, IT sales is involved in creating sales reports and analyzing the market and competitors. The person in this position should have high interpersonal skills, high personal culture, dynamism in action, negotiation and self-presentation skills, and be able to strategically analyze their work.
