Real Estate / PropTech
For developers, real estate agencies, rental operators and PropTech companies, we build systems that bring order to sales, rentals and property data. We build custom CRMs, listing portals, booking systems, customer portals and analytics tools, among other things - integrated with the solutions your team already uses.
Our clients in real estate
From listing to contract: systems for the real estate market
In real estate, data on units, clients, bookings and payments is often spread across several different systems, spreadsheets and inboxes. We build software that brings this information together and lets you run the whole process in one place.
We build solutions for developers, real estate agencies, rental operators, property management companies and PropTech startups. The scope can cover a single specific process or a larger system that connects sales, rentals, customer service and analytics.
A listing portal is a search engine, not a list
Buyers search by location, floor area, price per square meter and a dozen or so softer criteria. A portal built around this search — with a map, saved filters and alerts about new listings — keeps users engaged longer than a paginated catalog. On the data side, this takes discipline: one listing, many publishing channels, consistent statuses. Without it, the portal shows apartments that were sold a week ago.
Renting is a process, not a transaction
Booking, lease agreement, security deposit, monthly settlements, maintenance issues, termination. The systems we build here bring this cycle together in one place — with a tenant portal and automated payments, so that settlements aren't the same manual job every month. Short-term rentals add a calendar and booking channels, which brings the topic closer to hospitality; we combined both sets of mechanics in a project for an apartment operator.
Valuations and data-driven decisions
Price comparison tools, fee calculators, valuation models. The value of these tools rests on the quality of the input data and on a transparent method — users have to understand where the result comes from. One example is a service charge comparison tool where residents can check their costs against similar buildings. A comparison tool without a transparent method doesn't build trust — it uses it up.
For short-term rentals, we also integrate availability calendars, bookings, payments and sales channels.Case studies in real estate

Review from ClutchThe basics
What PropTech changes in the work of developers and property managers
PropTech software supports apartment sales, rentals, building management and customer service. It delivers the most value when it replaces several scattered sources of information with one up-to-date system. Instead of separate spreadsheets, emails and notes, the team can work on a shared database of units, clients, contracts and settlements. Clients or tenants, in turn, can check documents, payments or the status of a request on their own in their portal.
The result is less manual work, fewer mistakes and easier access to up-to-date data.
How we work
How we run real estate projects
We start by mapping the process as it really is — with the people who carry it out. This gives us a list of places where data is retyped by hand, where delays occur or where a single, up-to-date source of information is missing. Then we choose the area to start with — for example, the unit database or the customer portal. Only then do we add the next pieces — bookings, contracts, settlements, maintenance requests.
On your side are the data on units and developments, booking and settlement rules, and a decision-maker. On our side are architecture, development, integrations and deployment.
The timeline depends most on the state of the property data and the number of systems that need to be connected — accounting, CRM, listing portals.
Decisions
Decisions worth making before development
One source of data on units. It's worth deciding which system holds current prices, availability and unit statuses. All other solutions should use the same data.
How much self-service clients get. A customer portal can provide documents, payment schedules, development progress or maintenance requests. The more information it shows, the more important it is to keep it regularly updated.
Integrations with other systems. CRM, accounting, listing portals, payments or a booking system are worth considering right from the architecture design stage.
A phased rollout. It's not always worth moving the whole process into a new system at once. Launching one key area first and gradually expanding the solution often works better.

Scope
Technology for the real estate market
In real estate, we've worked on both sides of the market: PolandBuild — a database of 40,000 construction projects on a subscription model. Not a catalog, but a working tool for companies looking for contracts. BlueApart — a booking system for an apartment operator, with automated guest service and visibility work that delivered double-digit growth in organic traffic. Uczciwe Opłaty — a platform that explains bills to residents of buildings managed by Mzuri and shows their costs compared with similar buildings.
What we build
Listing portals, CRM, rentals and customer service
Depending on your business model, we can build a real estate portal with search and a map, a custom CRM for a developer or agency, a rental management system, a booking platform, a customer portal or a data analysis tool, among other things.
The system can also integrate with accounting, payments, listing portals and other solutions the company uses.Specifics
Data and trust in PropTech systems
In real estate, users make decisions involving large sums of money, so the system has to be clear, reliable and based on up-to-date data. That applies to an apartment's price and availability as much as to payment schedules, bookings and tenant settlements. That's why integrations and automatic data sync between systems make up a large part of PropTech projects.
FAQ
Questions we hear from the real estate industry
- We most commonly build listing portals, custom CRMs, developer sales systems, booking platforms, rental management systems, client portals and analytics tools. The scope depends on the process the company wants to organise or automate.
- Yes. A CRM can be tailored to a specific sales process and include investments, units, leads, reservations, documents, payments and after-sales service management.
- Yes. We can connect the system with listing portals and other publication channels to reduce manual listing entry and synchronise prices, availability and unit statuses.
- Yes. The system can handle reservations, contracts, payments, settlements, tenant communication and maintenance requests. We tailor the automation scope to the rental model and the company's existing process.
- An off-the-shelf solution works if the company's processes are standard and fit within its features. A custom system makes more sense when unusual processes, custom integrations, high data volumes or a solution that scales with the business are needed.
- It depends mainly on the feature scope, the quality of existing data and the number of integrations. That's why we define the most important scope of the first version and plan subsequent development phases before starting development.
- By planning it from the start, not after launch. The required minimum: a map of old and new URLs, permanent redirects for everything that changed address, a preserved category and location structure, and maintained content that drives traffic. For portals with a large number of pages, it's worth migrating in stages and monitoring traffic rather than switching everything in one day. A drop in the first few weeks is normal — a sustained drop after two months means something was missed.

Let's build digital products for your company together
Other industries
SEE ALLFinance / FinTech
We design and develop digital solutions for financial services, insurance and lending companies and FinTech startups. We build online application forms, calculators, customer portals and custom systems, combining good UX with data security and a reliable architecture. We simplify processes that should feel simple to the user — even when complex rules, integrations and business requirements are running underneath.

Construction / ConTech
In construction and ConTech, we work with contractors, developers and design firms. We build construction project databases, job management systems and websites that bring order to B2B communication. Digitization arrives later here than elsewhere, so the starting point is often replacing paper and spreadsheets with one coherent system with a change history.

Education / EdTech
We build e-learning platforms and LMS systems for EdTech startups, universities, training companies and language schools. Here, success is measured by completed courses, not by the length of the feature list — so we start with the learner's journey: the first visit, visible progress and getting back to learning that was interrupted two weeks ago. Payments, group licenses and reports all serve that one goal.

Law / LegalTech
We design websites and custom software for law firms, in-house legal departments and LegalTech companies. We build calculators, qualifying forms, document workflow systems and solutions that make case handling more efficient, among other things. We automate repetitive processes and leave legal judgment to the lawyer.

Automotive / Mobility
We work with parts manufacturers and distributors and automotive brands that sell online. We build stores and catalogs where customers get to the right part - by make, model and engine version, by OE number or by replacement. We make sure that expanding into new markets means configuring the existing platform, not building another store from scratch.

Entertainment / GameTech
For game studios, streaming platforms and brands that build communities, we create social apps, loyalty systems and content platforms. We design them for scale, traffic spikes and user engagement - from the first version of the product to its further development.
