We design and build bespoke web applications — from an MVP that lets you validate an idea quickly, to large platforms and systems developed over years. We build the front-end as well as the backend, APIs, databases, admin panels and integrations with external systems. We work with Next.js, React, Node.js, NestJS, Python, PostgreSQL and MongoDB, among others. We build solutions fitted to a specific business process: SaaS applications, internal systems, sales platforms, websites, marketplaces and CMS systems.

We design the UX and UI of web apps, mobile apps and B2B systems — from user research and the first wireframes to a finished interface and a design system in Figma. We do not design screens in isolation from the product. We look at user journeys, analytics data and technical constraints, so that what we deliver is comfortable to use and realistic to build. Once the product is live we can come back to heatmaps, session recordings, analytics and user interviews, so the next round of changes follows the data rather than a hunch. That is how we worked on the Signor Leone suit configurator, the Mikulewicz Ostaszewski restructuring calculator and the financing application flow for Horyzont Capital.

We design and deliver e-commerce platforms — from headless commerce to classic stores integrated with ERP and CRM. We handle large product catalogues, B2C and B2B sales, marketplaces, and modules written for a specific process: warehouse, checkout, subscriptions. We connect ERP, WMS, payments and logistics, optimise conversion and prepare the store for seasonal traffic peaks. That is how the Kwant and Global Parts projects came about. We most often work for fashion, food and beauty, delivering online stores, marketplaces, catalogues, product configurators and PIM systems.

We help companies grow their visibility in Google by combining technical SEO, content that is worth reading, and a well-planned site structure. We do not stop at a report with recommendations. If we are developing your site, we can also implement the changes directly in the code — from load speed and indexing to structured data, redirects and optimisation during a migration. For the apartment operator BlueApart, work on visibility brought a double-digit increase in organic traffic, and migrating SRDK Studio from WordPress to a headless CMS made the site 60% faster.

We build mobile applications for iOS and Android — native in Swift and Kotlin, and cross-platform in React Native and Flutter. The choice of technology follows what the app has to do: for a demanding interface and work with the phone's subsystems we reach for native, and for one product on two platforms, for cross-platform. When time to market is what counts, there is the no-code option. We focus on performance and UX. We most often work for fitness, health and MedTech, and for hotels and TravelTech, delivering mobile apps and SaaS platforms.

A dedicated team or staff augmentation — you are not hiring a single developer but access to a team that builds its own products every day: React, Next.js, Node.js, Python and UX/UI designers. The line-up scales with the project, up and down. This is the model behind Kwant, the e-commerce platform of a nationwide chain of electrical wholesalers, which brings tens of thousands of products into one interface.

We know Strapi from the inside — our own site with more than 2,500 articles runs on this headless CMS, and for clients we deliver content modelling, custom plugins and integration with a Next.js front-end. Migrating SRDK Studio from WordPress to Strapi ended with a site 60% faster. We maintain the instances we deliver for the long term, version upgrades included.

We propose no-code when the advantage in time and cost is real — and we say up front when the platform will become a ceiling. The Sunny Family product catalogue on Webflow is updated by the client's own team with no technical help, and the HR Hints redesign in Webflow with a CMS handed the site over to the marketing team. Automation: Make, Zapier, n8n; applications: Bubble; AI-assisted prototypes: Lovable.

We test web and mobile applications. Penetration testing against the OWASP Top 10, code security review, compliance audit. The result is a report with vulnerabilities ranked by real risk and the cost of fixing them — and we can implement the fixes ourselves, because we write code every day in the same stacks we audit.

We set up the CI/CD pipeline at the start of a project, not after launch, and we keep the configuration in code so the environment can be reproduced rather than guessed at. Docker containers, orchestration with Kubernetes, and cloud chosen between AWS, Azure and GCP on the real cost of the workload. We advise on growing systems: what to split out of the monolith, how to scale the database before a traffic peak.

We move working products without stopping the business: SRDK Studio from WordPress to the Strapi headless CMS — the site became 60% faster; SkinApe from a mobile app to a web app — keeping the users and the business logic. On website migrations we watch the SEO: 1:1 URL mapping, 301 redirects, and visibility measured before and after the switch.

Workshops before the first line of code: process mapping, a business case, an MVP scope with an estimate and an architecture, and the no-code / custom / hybrid decision. We recommend a stack we then build in ourselves — as with PadRes, where we went from workshops to a finished site and brand for a renewable energy farm developer. The outcome of discovery is a document you can bring to us or to any other supplier.

We automate testing with the tools we use on our own projects: Jest and Cypress for the web layer, Playwright for end-to-end, Appium for mobile. TDD/BDD where the business logic calls for it, code coverage measurement and load testing — for online stores before seasonal peaks, for example. QA outsourcing works like our development outsourcing: the testers join your team.

Process digitisation, shown through our own projects: Balticon rents out warehouses in minutes instead of days thanks to automated contracts and payments, Green Transit replaced paper transport paperwork with an app and e-signature, and the Uczciwe Opłaty platform explains their bills to Mzuri's residents. We start by mapping the processes — with Excel and email as the system — and point out where automation will pay back soonest.
